3. The Savior

I was in the Darkness,
I was without purpose.
I didn’t know what happiness was,
I didn’t know if real love exists.
At times I was so sad,
I cried I was hopeless,
Then something happened, I saw a Light
I could feel peace in my heart.
There was a Light I never saw before a Light
that I missed when It was gone.
There was something I couldn’t explain.I
felt so good there was no more pain, because…

I was in the Light, I opened my heart,
He came to my room shining,
He stood there I was crying.
Then He told me how much He loves me,
that He suffered and He died
so I would know Eternal Life.
Did I believe Him? Did I hear what He said?
Do I really appreciate His death?
What can I do to see Him again?I
need to follow His steps each day, because…

I know what is happiness,
now I am not hopelessI
can recognize how it feels
to know what the Savior means.
